Do I need to come to Croatia?
Yes — you’ll need to be in Croatia in person for the notary signing and the bank account opening. Both steps must be done on-site. The good news: a single visit is usually enough. For everything else (registrations, tax setup, ongoing communication), we coordinate alongside you and guide each step.
What's the share capital for a D.O.O.?
For EU citizens, the minimum share capital is €2,500. You pay this directly into a temporary company bank account — it’s your money, not a fee. The capital remains yours and is available to your business after registration.
How long does the whole process take?
Typically 7–14 working days from the moment we have your signed documents. Bank account opening can occasionally extend this by a few days, depending on the bank and your nationality.
Do you handle non-EU citizens?
Yes — though there are extra steps for non-EU nationals. We’ll walk you through everything specific to your situation in our consultation.
